1. Overview & Data Scope

Confirmi ("we", "our", "us") respects the privacy of merchants and their e-commerce customers. This policy governs how customer order data, phone numbers, and WhatsApp communication logs are handled when integrated with Algerian COD stores on YouCan and Shopify.

2. Information We Process

To provide automated WhatsApp order confirmation and courier dispatch, Confirmi processes minimal necessary order details:

• Customer name, phone number, and delivery address (Wilaya/Commune).
• Order item descriptions, total COD price (DZD), and store reference ID.
• WhatsApp delivery and interaction logs via official Meta Cloud API.

3. WhatsApp Cloud API & Third-Party Logistics

Order notifications are processed via Meta Official WhatsApp Cloud API infrastructure under strict end-to-end encryption standards. Confirmi only dispatches confirmed orders to authorized delivery carriers in Algeria (including Ecotrack, Maystro Delivery, ZR Express, and Noest) based on explicit merchant integration settings.

4. Data Security & Isolation

All database records are protected by enterprise Row-Level Security (RLS) policies scoped strictly per merchant team organization (Clerk & Supabase). We never sell merchant customer databases to third parties.
