Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Confirmi (`confirmi.shop`), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Confirmi is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for Algerian Cash-on-Delivery (COD) e-commerce merchants to automate order confirmation via Meta WhatsApp Cloud API.

2. Merchant Obligations & Acceptable Use

Merchants are solely responsible for ensuring that orders processed through Confirmi represent genuine e-commerce transactions initiated by buyers on YouCan, Shopify, or local storefronts. Sending unsolicited spam or non-order communications via Confirmi is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

3. Subscription Tiers & Billing (DZD)

Confirmi services are billed on a flat monthly subscription basis in Algerian Dinars (DZD):

• Starter: 3,500 DZD / month
• Growth: 8,000 DZD / month
• Pro: 18,000 DZD / month

Confirmi charges zero per-order commission fees. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time prior to the next monthly billing cycle.

4. Carrier Integrations Disclaimer

Confirmi facilitates automated parcel slip generation with third-party Algerian shipping providers (Ecotrack, Maystro Delivery, ZR Express, Noest) using merchant-provided API credentials. Confirmi is not a freight company and is not liable for physical parcel delivery delays or carrier operational issues.
